Многослойные платы
При производстве многослойных СВЧ плат применяют различные виды комбинаций диэлектрика (т.е. смешанный тип). Наиболее используемый тип производства печатных плат: 4МПП, диэлектрик между слоями – любой материал СВЧ (к примеру, RO4450B prepreg), остальные же слои делаются из FR4. Еще один возможный вариант – 8МПП (8 слоев), который является объединением ДПП, сделанного из Arlon AD350A (Dk=3,5), и 6МПП, изготовленного из FR4, имеющего повышенную температуру стеклования (около 170C).
Тентирование переходных отверстий с металлизацией (VIA-IN-PAD) при помощи проводящей пасты
Разработчики все чаще сталкиваются с ситуацией, когда необходимо разместить переходные отверстия на площадках компонентов платы. Это влечет проблемы при монтаже печатных плат – через переходное отверстие вытекает припой. Их необходимо заполнять компаундом, а также покрыть еще одним слоем меди (тентирование).
Металлизированные полуотверстия
Они применяются как выводы для монтажа по технологии SMT на миниатюрных модулях. Лучший вариант расположения отверстий такого типа – в одной координатной плоскости (по противоположным сторонам печатной платы). В связи с этим получаются наиболее благоприятные условия для дальнейшего мультиплицирования в групповую заготовку, для мехообработки. Если отверстия на плате расположены по четырем сторонам, то ее невозможно мультиплицировать, именно поэтому чаще всего выполняются такие печатные платы в виде единичного модуля.
Торцевая металлизация
В данном случае вводят еще один процесс фрезерования (мехообработки) до сквозной металлизации. Платы в качестве технологической заготовки находятся на перемычках. Они позже удаляются во время окончательной мехообработки. В связи с этим не представляется возможным осуществить металлизацию всей поверхности торца, на тех местах, где находились перемычки, ее не будет.
Металлическое основание
Оно выполняется из меди или алюминия, толщина материала – от 7 мм до 6 см. Металлическое основание печатной платы используется как теплоотвод, оно также может быть частью корпуса платы. Если используется медь при производстве основания, то выполняется также и иммерсионное дополнительное покрытие золотом. Нижний проводящий слой СВЧ печатной платы не имеет контакта с ее основанием.
